Cyber-terrorism is usually seen as minor pranks and viruses that just make fun of people or steal some data but many people don’t believe that it can do damage to people. It can kill people and destroy societies, it can be used to find documents that are secret for the government and it can be used in war. Cyber-terrorism can be used to change medical records and give a deadly dose to an individual, hack into government agencies and destroy it from the inside and give other potentially dangerous countries info that would make us weak, and it can be used to find hidden people many times for reasons of assassination.

Cyberterrorists have the access to manipulate if they hack into any computer. Legal phenomenon, terrorism has the character and according the international documents, it concerns to number of the international crimes. To the full it is distributed to new forms of display - a cyberterrorism or electronic terrorism. The analysis of electronic terrorism development allows predicting, that its threat every year will grow numerous times.
ReplyDeleteTechnical progress develops so much, that some its consequences are realized byour society too late, when for correction of a situation significant efforts are required already. There is even an opinion, that at transition of some critical point, the progress starts to work already on mankind destruction. Such situation has developed, for example, with ecology and, unfortunately, develops in the field of information technologies.
Some harmless hackers are just uneducated teens or adults trying to find out how easily it is to mess with you. They will do such things as just download different things to mess with your system. This does not mean its dangerous.
I think hackers such as cyberterrorists are most definitely dangerous. They have access to things we are completely unaware of, and can access our personal information and identity which can become a real threat to our privacy.

ReplyDeleteCyberterrorists can have devasting consequences on the people they attack. The effects are not always physical in nature, but have the ability to inflict physical harm at times. This is very dangerous, and not funny at all. These criminals or terrorists should be dealt with in a very serious and strict manner by the legal system.
